Book early

Fashion Week, the Cannes Film Festival, major trade shows: slots are booked several weeks in advance. The earlier you book, the wider the choice of locations.

Scout the locations

Entrances, exits, queues and arrival routes: we position the trucks where guests, press and the public pass, in line with parking rules.

How many LED trucks can you deploy for an event?

Up to 4 coordinated trucks, at one location or spread across several points of the event.

Can you operate outside Paris, for example in Cannes?

Yes. We operate throughout France and Europe, including for the Cannes Film Festival and multi-city roadshows.

Can the truck be used as a screen for a concert or an open-air cinema?

Yes. The truck becomes a digital stage or a pop-up cinema, sound included.

What lead time should we plan for an event?

Broadcast is possible 3 days after content approval. For major events, book as early as possible: Fashion Week dates go fast.

Can each truck show different content?

Yes. Each truck can show its own content, or all of them can be synchronised on the same message.

Can you handle the whole event?

Yes. On top of the screen, Green Ad handles the on-site team, sound, video capture, live broadcast, permits and, as needed, the stage, photocall and lighting.

Do you handle the permits?

Yes. We prepare the applications with the town halls and the prefecture, and position the trucks in line with the regulations.

Do you work with event agencies?

Yes. We provide the screen and technical team on a white-label basis: the agency keeps the client relationship and the service is presented in its name.
